Installation and Welding of Pipe Joints
Generally, there are two kinds of pipe joints on the header barrel body. One is the large-diameter pipe joints with a diameter of more than 101.6mm, such as the hand-hole pipe joints and seats opened near the header end cover and ring joints.The other is a small diameter pipe joint with a diameter of less than 101.6mm, which is used for combination welding of the header and the tube screen of economizer, superheater and reheater.A large number of closely spaced small diameter pipe joints are welded on the whole length of the header barrel, some are short pipe joints with a length of less than 300mm, and some are long pipe joints with a length of 300 ~ 1700mm bent into a certain shape.

If there exists straw hat , iron and other sundry in manifold headers, when power plant is running, it is easy to cause boiler stop accidents such as booster.So the header cleanliness must be strictly controlled.

2. 100%NDT(non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube and welding rod.
3. 100%X-ray inspection report (welding seam): to ensure the quality of the entire boiler.
4. Hydraulic test report: ensure the standard working pressure and safety.
Design and development
Collect all parameters for product design, make design acording to the Supervisory Regulations on Boiler Safety Technology, other laws, rules, regulations and professional standards, and 100% meet the product standards and customers' requirements.
Supervision and confirmation
The quality and technical supervision administration authorizes the inspection agency stationed on site to supervise, inspect and test the process of boiler manufacturing.Accept supervision or confirmation of the third party or Customer's representative over the process of boiler manufacturing.
