What is Air Preheater?

Boiler air preheater is to improve performance of heating change for boilers, and reduce heat consumption. Air preheaters work to transfer the heat carried by exhaust gas from boiler tail flue to the air before entering the boiler through the cooling ribs, and heat the air to a certain temperature. |

They can be divided into tube-box type and rotary air preheaters.Rotary type can be divided into wind hood rotary type and heating surface rotary type. Generally boilers in power staion apply heating surface rotary air preheaters. There are two warehouses, three warehouses and four warehouses types in boilers application. Four warehouses type are commonly used for CFB boilers. |

What is the working principle of Air Preheater?
In rotary air preheater, for example shows that the principle of air preheater, the work will slow rotation, will enter the air preheater smoke lientang then expelled, and carry the heat in flue gas will be absorbed by the cooling fin in air preheater, after the air preheater, slow rotation and fin movement to the air side, to transfer heat to the air before entering the boiler.
The application of air preheater in boiler is mostly three-compartment type with fire alarm system, clearance adjustment system and frequency conversion control system.
The air preheater is easy to use, easy to operate, safe to operate, and can improve the heat exchange performance of the boiler system, so it is widely used in the flue gas boiler system.
