Product Introduction of Boiler Economizer
Boiler economizer is the rear heating surface of the boiler, which is usually located at the outlet of the boiler. The economizer collects heat from the flue and increases the inlet temperature of the boiler through the waste heat of the flue gas. While reducing the exhaust temperature, it increases the inlet temperature of the boiler, reduces the thermal stress caused by the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water, and reduces the shrinkage and expansion of the drum.
The economizer of our company generally adopts 20 medium and low pressure boiler tubes, 20g seamless steel tubes or ASME grade steel tubes. It reduces the temperature of flue gas, recovers heat to the maximum extent, and improves the overall efficiency of the boiler, so as to help customers reduce fuel consumption and reduce the cost of the boiler.
Types of Boiler Economizer
1. It can be divided into two types: boiling type and non boiling type.
2. According to manufacturing materials: cast iron and steel tube economizer. The non boiling economizer is mostly made of cast iron, but it can also be made of steel pipe, while the boiling economizer can only be made of steel pipe. Cast iron economizers are mostly used in boilers with pressure ≤ 2.5MPa. If the pressure exceeds 2.5MPa, the economizer made of steel pipe shall be used.
3. According to the form of the device: there are vertical and horizontal two.
4. According to the relative flow direction of smoke exhaust and water supply, there are three types: forward flow type, counter flow type and mixed type.
5. According to the structure: light tube economizer and fin economizer. Finned economizer includes H-type economizer (used more) and spiral finned economizer.
6. According to the form of heat conduction, it can be divided into direct conduction and indirect conduction;
The direct conduction is to use the boiler exhaust gas to directly preheat the boiler water; the indirect conduction is to use the heat conduction medium to preheat the boiler water indirectly.

Working Process of Boiler Economizer
There are three stages from the feed water in the boiler heated into superheated steam:feed water preheating, evaporation, and superheating. The three stages are finished on three different heating surfaces. The boiler steam and water circuit are composed of the three different heating surfaces as well as their connecting pipes. Boiler economizers are one of them, and it is right the equipment to preheat the feed water. Thus, it is the heating surface with the lowest temperature for boiler working fluid in the boiler steam and water circuit. The working fluid passing through this equipment is monophasic water(non-boiling economizer).
